1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:
  • Personal Information: Name, Phone Number, and Email when you sign in via Firebase Auth.
  • Order Data: Items ordered, Table numbers, Special instructions, and Tip amounts.
  • Device Data: Model, Operating system, and Unique device identifiers.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

The data we collect is used strictly for:
  • Processing and fulfilling your orders in real-time.
  • Sending push notifications regarding your order status (Pending, Cooking, Completed).
  • Personalizing your dining experience and remembered preferences.
  • Analytics to improve our kitchen efficiency and menu offerings.

3. LOCATION & TABLE ACCURACY

SR Restro uses your device's location to verify that you are physically present at our outlet. This prevents accidental orders from wrong locations and ensures your meal is delivered to the correct Table Number. This data is only used while the app is in the foreground.

4. DATA SECURITY & STORAGE

Your information is stored securely using Google's Firebase Firestore and Authentication. We use industry-standard encryption protocols. We DO NOT store your credit/debit card details as payments are currently handled at the physical counter.

5. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information to outside parties. This excludes trusted third parties like Google Firebase who assist us in operating our app, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information. You can do this through your profile settings within the app or by contacting our support team at our developer email.
